As the speakers’ series of the Department of Geography and Planning, Intersections aims to provide a lively and welcoming space for exchange, enrichment and debate. At once scholarly and social, Intersections hosts guest speakers, panel discussions, film screenings, and other events that explore questions and issues that animate the fields of geography, planning and environment.

The Intersections committee is currently planning an exciting lecture series for the year!

Intersections takes a break for the summer – thanks to everyone who participated in and helped organize the wonderful events Intersections hosted and co-sponsored this year. Look for the updated schedule in Fall 2016!

We have a packed schedule for Intersections this year with events planned for every week. The schedule is being updated now, and is available here, but please check back regularly for updates on new events, upcoming talks, and more Intersections activities.
